Lemonchello

A lemon preserve with plenty of zest! Can be folded into whipped double cream and served with meringues or simply smother over warm buttered scones.

Hot Banana

Serve with Chicken, Cheese or Ham. Delicious hot or cold, it is even great with Fish & Chips!

Crazy Carrot & Ginger

Ideal accompaniment for a Cheese Board, Cold Meat salad, Great served with a baked potato or to spice up your favorite sandwich.

Cherry & Bramble Sauce

Try this with pate or Game dishes. If you have a sweet tooth add this sauce to natural yogurt or use as a topping for a cheesecake.
